All services are subject to availability and site assessment.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

  • Additional work requested by the client will be charged accordingly.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance where possible.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash and bank transfer.

  • Payment must be made within 7 days of work completion.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure clear access to the work area.

  • Any underground services (e.g., pipes, cables) must be disclosed prior to work.

  • Pets and children must be kept at a safe distance during operations.

6. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant UK health and safety regulations. Our team uses appropriate safety equipment and follows industry best practices at all times.

7. Waste Removal

  • All green waste will be removed from the site unless otherwise agreed.

  • Logs or wood chippings can be left on-site upon request.

8. Liability

  • We hold public liability insurance.

  • While every care is taken, we are not responsible for damage to hidden defects or pre-existing conditions.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).

9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
